The word Tech krithi is derived as tech from technology and in Sanskrit krithi means creation. The fest was inaugurated on 11th June 2022 at 10 a.m. The Chief Guest was Mr. Neeraj Gupta, Director Samsung, Memory division and the Guest of Honor was Dr Rajeev Kamal, Senior Staff Samsung. The Guests were welcomed by our Principal Dr Vijayasimha Reddy. Introduction to the guests was done by Dr Hemamalini G E and Professor Ankitha A. The presidential address was given by Sri S Jayaram Reddy followed by the vote of thanks by Dr Chandra Shekar S M. The fest created a platform for students to showcase their technical soundness, and exhibit their creative innovations and an arena to compete, excel and prove themselves. There were round 200 participants from different colleges participating in 15 events like Web-designing, Tech-voice, Model out of waste, CAD modelling, technical quiz, poster making ,photography based on technical theme, RC Car racing etc., Each of these events were judged by the alumni. The most spectacular event was the scavengers, which had attracted most of the students to crack the code which was hidden in the treasure. Apart from the regular events was the minute to win which the students enjoyed and competed.

National Voters Day was celebrated in Vemana Institute of Technology on 25th January 2022. AIML being the latest technology in todays world it is mandatory for the students who have opted professional course to understand and update their skill in the latest technology. The Vemanait AMIL club in association with ISTE students chapter has organized a three day workshop conducted by ATS solution (Microsoft). This workshop is held from 14th to 17th Nov 2022.

The Profesional committee members were present and Mrs. Mary Vidya John gave a brief introduction to the workshop on behalf of the AI club. Mr. Arib Nawal was the trainer for the first day who gave us insights on various major topics in Python. Google Colaboratory is the online version of python notebook. We were given an introduction to the language-Python with multiple examples. We were given different basic problems to solve using python. Each and every concept of python-strings, list, tuple, indexing, slicing, sorting, set, dictionary and functions was explained on a detailed basis. The afternoon session was mainly based on Numerical Python. The session was very interactive. The trainer made sure everyone was on the same page. He would clarify any doubt that arises.

Session on Day - 1

Session was very informative and interactive. Basics of Python were clearly explained. Dr Hemamalini G E asked the students to summarize on the topics covered and took the students feedback.
